Joe Bob made a mistake; he forgot to list the number of dead clowns in Clown in a Cornfield, unless someone else wrote up the Drive-In totals and was being lazy. Jack-O is the only movie I have to stay sober to stay awake to or else I sleep through the whole thing due to the bad sound editing and fun fact, Fred Olen Ray is ashamed of Jack-O. We were all Jack-O'd tonight. Jokes aside, Gwar stole the show and should have been a lot messier but wasn't. And when is D'arcy going to play the bloodied up dead body again? She only did once at the end of Silent Night Deadly Night and hasn't since. Why is Joe Bob always sacrificing himself for entertainment's sake? Great show and I ordered both shirts. I finally have a shirt with Gwar on it.
Although, like Joe Bob, I am somewhat skeptical that Darcy watches Jack-O every Halloween, the combination of Gwar and Jack-O was sufficiently disorienting to make this a great Halloween special.
I already wrote this, but awesome show. JB and Darcy are at the top of their game and great guests. Incidentally, it was the first 'live' Last Drive-In that I missed in years because it wasn't streaming on AMC plus for some reason so I fired them an bought an annual Shudder subscription. Lesson learned.
How Come There is just one movie (Jack-O)? Will we get the first movie? Great performances by Joe Bob and Darcy for the second movie. I hope I'll be able to see the other part of the show. . .
