Directed by Lorcan Finnegan
A land surveyor travels to a remote, unnamed Irish woodland to assess its suitability for a new development project. However, not all is as simple as it seems on this assignment. Not for everyone, but I found it fascinating. Eerie, with a compelling, foreboding atmosphere.
Definitely for those who have taken nature’s medicine. I didn’t like the movie but generally understood the main points. Probably impossible to understand without context, really nothing of a story outside of both human nature & nature itself. Can’t really recommend it.
I love a slow, understated supernatural horror film, so I had high hopes for this one. It's not good. The plot is directionless. The lead performance is silly. It doesn't build to anything. It's just a collection of scenes that go on for a while and then end.
Horrible. Couldn’t figure out what was supposed to be scary. Save yourself the time suck
