Undead
Directed by Michael Spierig, Peter Spierig
Peaceful, rustic Berkeley is a charming fishing community where life is sweet and the people friendly, until the living dead are awakened and four survivors battle their way through a plague of the walking dead. This rowdy debut feature put Australian directing duo the Spierig Brothers (DAYBREAKERS) firmly on the genre map.
Survivors battle their way through a wild walkding dead apocalypse.
Cast: Felicity Mason, Mungo McKay, Rob Jenkins, Lisa Cunningham

Honestly, it is difficult to categorize this film. There is a continuous sensation of watching a comic book in motion, with a clever use of chromatic tones and sequences reminiscent of undeground style vignettes. I don't know whether to put it in the zombie, alien, thriller, black comedy or metaphysical narrative genre. Pure entertainment with an antihero fisherman and his triple shotgun.
Undead is wall-to-wall absurd bullshit. There are a lot
Rubbish, very annoying and hard to tolerate. Sorry, I love Jigsaw, but this was just terrible. See what you think. On to the next.
A goofy, silly romp I couldn't really get into. There are some cool visual effects as well as some decent makeup effects, however. The Spierig Brothers did make some decent movies after this one such as Daybreakers and Jigsaw.
Goofy.
