This isn't exactly what I expected but it was absolutely beautiful and well done made me feel so many emotions and it is a testament to how events affect people.
Incredible. Sad. Horror in a family drama sort of way. Too heartwrenching to watch a second time, but worth it.
This is barely sci fi, and not horror. It wasn't for me. The transformation was just a clumsy metaphor for acquired disability, and the whole movie felt really ableist and creepy. Could have been an interesting 15-20 minute short film.
If you walk in expecting a typical mutation into a monster story, this movie isn’t for you. If you want a movie that uses the mutation idea to express the struggle with people’s inner monsters and how they deal with them, this is for you.
meh. family drama. not sci fi. not sure why this movie is even on shudder i expected killer french sci fi i mean thats why i got shudder in 2018 to watch missions. luckily i found joe bob briggs but yea this movie suuuuucked
