Very slow film but it gets better toward the end. I kind of liked it.

For most of the film, it felt like two different movies. Perhaps, it was because of the unnecessary length and all of the disjointed, confusing camera work and never-ending attacks by the VHS tapes. Was it essential to the movie? To the extreme the viewer is subjected? No. I'd like to recommend it, but honestly, this film left me with a headache and small migraine. View at your own risk.
