Yes, it slows in parts with lots of atmospheric set ups but the story is first rate. Awesome acting by the lead. This is not a regular slasher music with its unusual score choices and a very female-centric casting. Men are either only in establishing shots or faceless voices until the very end. I recommend this.
I enjoyed it however predictable at the end.
