The worst cop in the world meets with "the strangler", and lets him go to kill more women. The film's a vibe, but that vibe can't hide how poorly written this thing is. Many folks use the term Giallo to describe “The Strangler”, but this is not a Giallo. Not even close. This doesn't work as a thriller either since there is no tension, no real stakes.

This is top-notch, twisted gialllo—beautiful and bizarre. (This bridge-troll commentator called “Quintanilla”—who hates everything she sees, and may be a fundamentalist fanatic lurking on Shudder—should be investigated… ; )
