Great movie, another win for New Zealand filmmakers.
Enjoyed the setting. The portrayal of mental deterioration after a stroke was a great addition. The assissted living set was eerie, I've been in many and it's unnerving to say the least, especially as I approach midlife. I will not ATM Jenny Penn
Slow, but a good thriller.
What a refreshment! A story that holds its characters hearts and predicaments with strength and dignity without neglecting the terror of their situations. Felt like a rare portrait of the rights of passage elders face in their final chapters, a challenge to confirm the man you are at the end of your life. narrative gold fellas. i never trusted that dude since Dexter tbh
found this too be a good and frustratingly great thriller all at the same time well acted and story is good
