Who would have though that there could be such a thing as geriatric horror. . . as expected, John Lithgow gives an amazingly creepy and frightening performance.
Beautiful performances. The film does capture the horror of losing all of one's power and autonomy. . . a horror most of us eventually feel. The notion of a sadist amidst the most vulnerable people will stay with me.
time i won't get back.
It's very disappointing, one of these films you keep watching hoping someone happens. Great performances by Lithgow and Rush, and a couple of good scenes, but that's all.
I give it a solid average, not standout but not bad. Kept my interest. Couple of misdirections. Wasn’t sure who was the antagonist or if it was mental.
