Pretty good overall. The closing music is very good. Good acting from the main family – the parents and the boy. I got a total scare at one point – good work! Quite a few plot faults: especially the old trick of people not communicating some major event to one’s spouse – this is usually done as a cheap way of creating tension. Three times of using a mobile phone as a torch was two times too many.
I'm a little split on this because it was really good,. . . very graphic, the acting was very well done, great detailed storyline, and loved the gore. They didn't hold back on bugs, guts, violence, and gore. Loved the storyline and all the random parts and pieces of the puzzle. But there was something towards the end that made it feel sporadic and forced together, in terms of the plot, and it's unfolding. Maybe it was some cultural aspects that we're not fully grasping. Overall, though, it's still a great watch, with the graphic violence and gore making up for any shortcomings.
Not scary, but an interesting story. Decent watch overall.
Good plot and pacing. Great VFX and ghost spirit costume that haunts Haqi. However the ending comes abruptly and leaves some plot holes/questions.
Brilliant. The plot, the style, loved everything about this grim story of revenge.
