Creative and a solid twist!
Halloween comfort food. Perfect spooky season atmosphere. Like a spiritual successor to Trick r Treat. Or Angus Scrimm meets Creepshow. Excellent wraparound story and payoff, makes the familiarity of the stories work in this context. Great production design. A very fun watch. Kudos to Clancy Brown and Caitlin Custer. Deserves a sequel!
Very good, I was a bit reluctant to watch this one as I don't really enjoy movie anthologies, prefer them as TV shows. But the trailer looked good and it didn't disappoint. If only other horror movie anthologies were this well done I would be more into them. Shout out to the lighting and cinematography team, the look of it is beautiful.
