The Dark and the Wicked
Directed by Bryan Bertino
On a secluded farm, a man is bedridden and fighting through his final breaths while his wife slowly succumbs to overwhelming grief. Siblings Louise and Michael return home to help, but it doesn’t take long for them to see that something’s wrong with mom—something more than her heavy sorrow. Gradually, they begin to suffer a darkness similar to their mother’s, marked by waking nightmares and a growing sense that an evil entity is taking over their family. A SHUDDER EXCLUSIVE.
An evil entity takes over a family in this horrifying new tale from the director of The Strangers.
Cast: Marin Ireland, Michael Abbott Jr., Julie Oliver-Touchstone

Eh it’s alright reviews made me think it’d be way better ;/
It was good would I would like to know why the evil was there.
Solid ghost/demon movie. Fans of movies like The Conjuring should feel right at home.
Unnerving.
Not enough of a throughline for me, but a well-made film.
