Enjoyable watch, it built suspension rather well. Just wish there was a bit more towards the end.
Kind of bends the bounds of found footage a bit at the end, pretty cool concepts and some set ups. A bit strange in the end, not really sure why everyone's so crazy about this one to be honest, go watch hell house, or VHS, or The taking od deborah logan.
Genuinely creepy stuff happens. I loved it.
Guillermo Del Toro is right, this is a great movie.
It avoided many tropes, invested in the characters, was a solid canon horror film relying on story and acting over effects. A nice surprise.
