Best werewolf movie ever.
I have never been into werewolf genre but this movie is something else. It's very realistic. Characters act as he is supposed to act given his age and circumstances.
pretty good
I think the film is pretty decent and deserves a 3-4 skull rating. Teddy is a cringey character, but you have to remember that he's a teenager. If you put him in that headspace, his behavior becomes, while not acceptable, certainly understandable. Who among us wasn't a heartsick little fool for our first love? Which of us didn't yell obscenities at authority figures, at least in our minds? Teddy is just a kid trying to navigate young adulthood and lycanthropy at the same time. Sure, it's been done before (Ginger Snaps),but it's certainly done well here. Minus the CGI.
A great little movie! I've never been into werewolves, but this movie kept me interested and engaged to watch until the end. Like other commenters have mentioned, the CGI just wasn't it and took me out of the movie momentarily. The acting, soundtrack, and cinematography were awesome. I love movies like this that let us the viewers linger on characters to really see what they're feeling or going through, rather than a messy blur of action with zero meaning.
