Sadly this was very boring when it had an interesting premise to work off of. Disappointment.
Brilliant
A fun, poppy, and effective creature feature.
Didn’t like it. Lead actress was irritating. Two other supporting characters equally so. Couldn’t wait to see the monster. When it showed its face, finally, it was sort of a let down. Dumb movie title, as well. It did have a few cool scenes, though. Some of the fight scenes were fun. And the scene where the monster was silhouetted in the glow from the flare was creepy.
Oh my god, he used a patronizing term of endearment in a shitty tone of voice, better maroon him. This script is a transparent attempt to start fights in living rooms. That silhouette shot of the monster was the peak; it only gets worse from there. Starring a federal tax credit with very hard-working eyebrows.
