I mean, it's alright
Pacing was slow which is typical of folk-horror. The acting was stellar. There was a palpable sense of foreboding building an underwhelming climax. I dont mind slow-paced horrors if the ending pays off. This ending wasn't terrible, but expected. Still worth the watch.
More eerie and foreboding than out-and-out terrifying. If you like chilly English folk horror, this one's for you. Great sweaters.
Shite
Half an hour would have been fine. Slow slow slow. I love a folk horror movie, but this was a slog. Hope they are happy with the new set up. Lol
