This movie really has it all. Great character development, well paced, stunning scenery, excellent scoring. And it absolutely nails some things that are really universal about teen interactions, the uncertainty and awkwardness, the shifting ground with good friends, beautifully done. It's also very real that home situations may not be ideal and you can't always count on parents. So it has all the ingredients of a good drama, and it is that, and then it also has this fantastic horror plot going on—that the characters all understand! They are not stupid about it for one minute. I loved this and while it is a complete story itself, if someone wanted to figure out a way to make a sequel, I would watch that.
It's a fun movie. It checks a lot of progressive boxes and still delivers a new take on alien/zombie horror. Good movie to watch it you have nothing else to watch lol
Not really a horror movie in the scary sense. I really enjoyed it, though; relatable characters, kinda cheesy, but worth a watch.
I totally loved it. I enjoyed the quick retell of John Carpenter’s The Thing and then straight into how Inuit girls would handle it. Clever and funny. The Goonies but native. Watch this one.
Not bad I took away 2 skulls because the dialogue sometimes between the girls was little bit stupid.
