Silent Night, Deadly Night Part 2

Oh, it's Garbage Day in this notorious cult sequel to the essential Santa slasher. Carrying the terrifying memory of his brother Billy's death, Ricky is released from an asylum, ready to continue the family tradition of Christmas carnage.
A notorious sequel. A christmas killer. Garbage day.

This is a kinda weird movie to review. . . if you've already seen Silent Night, Deadly Night 1 you're pretty much being forced to watch about 40 minutes of the first movie condensed with a new framing device to get to 30 minutes of a new story (I will say it does recap the first movie better than the original The Hills Have Eyes 2 where even the dog gets a flashback). If you haven't seen the first one before, then you're getting two movies for the running time of one! Either way, it's worth it to watch the legendary "Garbage Day!" scene.
Garbage Day! 🗑️ It's bad but BAD is extremely fun to watch. Even recaps the previous movie so it's NOT required viewing.
This film was a sequel, still was a good watch I enjoyed the 1st version better this one was an entertaining slasher I wish I could say more but if I was binge watching movies the 1st and this sequel will be a good pair.
It's insane how much fun this movie is! A lot worse than the first, yet somehow is more enjoyable and memorable. Ricky's laugh in this always gets me giggling.
This is the antihero of the holidays.
