Not bad. . . but the ending left me lukewarm. Having seen a number of horror flicks recently, I wish they'd go for TRUE DARKNESS. There is a midpoint character twist that's kind of cool, and was hoping more was done with that, like a final dark twist. . . . you'll see what I mean. Anyway, it's worth a watch. I had worried the cat-and-mouse game would get turgid, but the initial conflict ends pretty quickly, then there's the showdown. But this really had potential to be more.
rude and annoying main character. mom is too much of a helicopter parent. the cop was WAY too pushy. I understand showing up at the scene even if a false alarm, but entering and the threat of entering without a warrant was unnecessary. where the fuck did the cat even go? what happened with Debra after everything? the build up was ok, but then just BOOM. action and done. I'm high watching this alone in the dark with a thunderstorm. not the worst movie I've seen, but still disappointing. don't bother.
Quite a good watch! Much better than Unseen which has a similar premise i. e. a person on the other end of the phone guiding the visually impaired victim away from the bad guys.
Nothing special. The main character is pretty annoying. No need to watch it ever again.
Entertaining, worth the watch. Not sure if I would come back to it for a second time though, reminded me of Hush with Kate Siegel.
