Okay.
An experience!!!
If you get annoyed easily, skip this one.
I feel bad giving it less than five stars considering all the excitement in the comments. It was a bit much for my taste, and really hit you over the head with the idea that the good guy spy was not good, was working for bad people, is and always will be a misogynist, while the misunderstood femme fatale is demonized for having the same sexy super spy qualities. Go in prepared for stunning visuals, non-linear storytelling and a very French take on James Bond super spy narratives deconstructed. Then and only then you won’t be disappointed.
Glad to catch up with this so I can add it to my best of the year list. A very inventive, dreamlike spy story.
