Directed by Dario Argento
A stalker torments an opera star by forcing her to watch her friends being murdered in one of giallo horror god Dario Argento’s most terrifying films. When young operetta Betty is thrust into a leading role in Verdi’s Macbeth, she’s unprepared for the carnage that’s going to be unleashed. Soon enough she’s being stalked by a black-gloved killer who loves tieing Betty up and taping needles around her eyes so she - and by extension us - are forced to watch the vicious slayings. The great Brian Eno and Goblin’s Claudio Simonetti composed the stellar score.

Very 80's and very interesting throughout the movie. iI really enjoyed this one .
Pretty gnarly in spots, and the ending came as a shock. Betty is in some serious need of therapy.
I was a bit disappointed by this one. Absolutely love Phenomena and Suspiria but Opera was kind of boring for me. It has some good scenes and I love the soundtrack so I would give 3,5 Skulls.
i liked suspiria and phenomena.. no so much this.
sometimes seemed nonsensical, but great fun nonetheless! awesome cinematography and amazing music. must see. 3.5 skulls
