What did I just watch? Somewhere along the lines, we ended up in Taiwan and then we came back to Japan and suddenly the main antagonist from movie 1 is back. Storyline was kind of all over the place, but the scares were decent enough so I guess there's that.
They tried too hard with this one. Introducing a 2nd ghost that kills people this way is fine, but the ending tried to re-write events in a contrived way. I'll still give this one 6/10.
An outstanding sequel to One Missed Call!
A promising start, which seemed well connected to the first film and was a direct sequel, is spoiled by a side quest that leads nowhere to the main story. A disappointment.
