Night of the Living Dead
Directed by George Romero
George Romero's original zombie classic introduced viewers to a new type of terror: the walking dead, slow moving, but determined to feast on your flesh! From the first moments of its iconic opening sequence, NOTLD changed the game for horror directors, creating a genre that - like the zombies themselves - still shows no sign of slowing down. But Romero's most brilliant and controversial innovation was casting African-American actor Duane Jones as the lead, and offering a devastating - and still relevant - commentary on racism during the film's final moments.

Definitely a fun watch for the original but it's definitely not the best like people on here are saying. Day Of The Dead wins the number one spot.
I have to say one of THE best George A Romeo movies out there
What can I say? 5 stars
Tonight's Halloween watch. Gotta with one of the OGs. The movie that recreated the horror genre and freaked us all out. I don't often give 5 skulls but this one deserves 6. Thank you Mr Romero.
One of my absolute favorites! The zombie movie that started a long love affair of zombie movies and shows! A real classic!
