MadS

Directed by David Moreau

Eighteen year old Romain has just graduated and makes a stop at his dealer’s place to try a new pill. As he heads off to a party, he sees an injured woman on the side of the road and decides to help her, but when she gets in his car, she suddenly smashes her own head against the dashboard, bleeding out until she dies. Is this a bad trip? Or is it something else? One thing is for sure, it’s only the beginning of the night.

Is this a bad trip, or something else? An all-night descent into terror unlike anything you've seen.

Cast: Milton Riche, Laurie Pavy, Lucille Guillaume

Excellent idea with excellent execution. I specially liked the music and the atmosphere it created

This one really surprised me. The cinematography alone makes this worth a watch. This one isn't going to scare the daylights out of you, but the oppresive atomsphere, brilliant lighting and set design, intense and perfectly organic score, not to mention the brilliant cast, make this a horrific thriller worth checking out for sure. Recommend!

Ugh, my head hurts. Just a lot of crying and silliness. I skipped through it to see if it ever redeemed itself. . . it doesn't.

I think my expectations were really high, so it tarnished my experience. From a technical standpoint, it was incredible, but I wish I got more from the story. Overrall, a solid, refreshing movie !
