Aside from the bickering and arguing I thought this was a cool watch , gets good at the end . Feels like a crucifixion at a night club love the flashing lights obviously not for everyone. Split screen shots are awesome but when you are trying to read subtitles on both sides and movie is moving fast gets a bit frustrating. Still an interesting film.

Now, Gaspar Noé has managed to shoot 'Lux Aeterna' for us, continuing to write scripts without losing any of his usual filth and boundless damnation, resulting in a production that is both beautiful and at the same time nonsensical. 'Lux Aeterna' is a tale of the inherently good seed that seeks to bring hope through internal struggles and the collective ego conflicts, representing the voice in anorexia through Jesus—a reflection of a profound sub-bass sound in many forms within the subtext, giving us clues about the other layers of the film. For instance, the fact that the event of the pilgrimage, that is, Jesus’s crucifixion, consisted solely of a single piece of wood, already indicates to us that this was the original cross, according to the sources. This is nicely portrayed in the film. However, if you watch the end of the movie and want to go blind, you'll understand what I mean. Anyway, the film is the expression of a French anomaly—France is a unique nation that knows very well how to meld and display both the beautiful and the ugly in the same crucible, creating works of art from this absurdity. These characteristics have permeated the entire film. A fine French production.
