It's a specific type of evil when you babytrap the own parent, heavy emphasis on trap.
pretty good. it's a slow burn. obvious on what the out was from the sons death as well as the outcome. but still a good movie.
Awesome!! Great story!!
i you haven't read the book, do so . Such a great book. Gives you an idea on how colored people use to be treated
This movie left a VERY bitter taste in my mouth; but by GOD was that taste was worth it!! This movie felt so real. Being black with mental illness created this genuine feeling of unease and dread. I don't have a baby nor am i pregnant, but I could replace Charlotte with me and it would still feel the same. she was shackled with fetters, but they were invisible. To not have control, and being alone with nowhere to go. This is truly horror, no monsters, no ghosts, no demons, no killer. I still am trying to decompress. Joe Marcantonio, you have my thanks.
