Decent pacing and FX. There's a story here that somehow reminds me of The Wicker Man.
At some point all the alpha male aggression got tiresome.

Brilliant film. It’s not for everyone - that’s why the reviews are so divided. Pretty sure the people that gave it one skull love movies that spoon feed them the plot and characters to keep their 2 minute attention span from checking their tik tok and instagram accounts.
