This one was just a joy to watch because it mixes supernatural with a believable story the acting was ok too can't go wrong here.
It’s fun, the ending makes the movie worth it. It has some fun killing scenes but kinda slow. Overall enjoyable :3
Fourteen years after watching it, I remember literally NOTHING about it. A Carpenter movie is supposed to stay with you over the years. That should be enough all by itself to tell you how badly he phoned this one in.
Repeated complaint I see elsewhere is "lacking in Classic Carpenter atmosphere"--translation: no throbbing synth soundtrack. I am convinced that a re-edit replacing the (totally fine and effective) Mark Kilian score with cuts from Lost Themes would instantly bolster this picture's reputation.
Amber Turd is in this? 😂
