Weak. Makes "Lords of Chaos" look like a masterpiece.
Reminds me slightly of a very boring version of the Creep Tapes. Could have greatly benefited from being condensed, it was just too long and with nothing happening.

Basic black metal band behavior
I kept waiting for something to happen. I like a slow burn, especially when it builds atmosphere and creates a sense of dread, and I have a lot of patience. So I wasn’t too concerned for a good part of the movie, actually. Two skulls because at least one of the girls (Andrea, I think) is fairly close to what some in the black metal scene were really like. Absolutely up their own asses, annoyingly devoted to being troo kvlt, terrified of being labeled posers, committed to terribly sound quality, happy to commit violence to prove their legitimacy. Yet…. there needs to be more. When reality is far more grim than a horror flick, there’s a problem. I wanted to like it, but the reviews here are right: it’s a waste of time.
