The overnight crew of a supermarket find themselves pursued by a mysterious maniac in this fun late-80s slasher from regular Sam Raimi mainstay Scott Spiegel, who co-wrote EVIL DEAD 2 and appeared in many of Raimi's films. Spiegel wisely enlisted Raimi himself and Bruce Campbell to play supporting characters. The sickening story - about a group of kids who get slayed while staying late to prepare for a going out of business sale, comes from Lawrence Bender, who would later become famous for producing nearly all of Quentin Tarantino's fantastic films.

Gnarly kills, lots of gory fun!
While the poster spoils the big (albeit predictable) reveal, it is nevertheless a top-tier slasher. Great practical effects, with some gnarly kills, this movie is all cheese, no sleaze!
Late night popcorn old school slashing fun in DaDungeon! I did jumped scared in one scene. . . lol 4 skulls.
Great late-80s slasher flick. Problem is (and this is well-documented) the cover art gives it away, so squint!!! But this is worth a watch to be sure. It does a great job with an ensemble cast that you nearly care about. HAHA
Decent watch with some cool kills, but overall medicore at best.
