Really disappointing. Felt as if I needed to rewatch at least 3 and 4 again to grasp what was going on with certain characters. But then the ending was so abrupt I don't think knowing more about the plot could save it. Had some creepy moments, but no real scares.
its crazy how ill-advised this is. its like a movie that shouldnt have been made and also it manages to be insanely boring. crazy
This was overall not a good movie, It dragged like all the other iterations past the first. I don't mind a departure from found footage, but none of these movies explain much they just create more plotholes that don't leave me seeking the answers as to why.
Unfortunately bring a big fan i wanted to love it however it just isn’t great
Definitely a bummer if this is the last installment as, in my opinion, this is the weakest of the franchise. Leaves many questions, and even new ones, unanswered. Scenes are drawn out for way too long and even though I’ve seen every movie, it’s horribly written to the point where I have no idea who is who. Also had the least amount of scares which is usually where these movies thrive. Oh well…worth one watch, I guess.
