Boring and bland. . . The "twist" is given away in the first 5 minutes and the plot is nonexistent. Feels like a grab bag of undeveloped ideas that have zero cohesion and no actual structure. When things get bloody in the climax, there's no reason for it, no one to root for, nothing to care about and stupidest of all, is presented in a "hip" music montage like what you're watching is supposed to be cool and have any sort of catharsis. Go watch something like the movie Severance instead. That one did the whole thing way better.
Cute, campy folk horror/slasher. Great to have on in the background while you work.

As much as I like Nick Frost. . . I didn't like this. Well. . . I did like that it mocked 'folk horror' nonsense like Midsommar, with it's goofy made up folklore/festival. But outside of that it was just annoying and predictable. I think part of it is that there's no one in this movie that I liked or rooted for. I'm sure that's fine for some people, but I find I need to like at least one character in a story, otherwise I just don't care.
Its a comedy horror. Has a Good twist but otherwise its just not my type of movie
