I don’t give many 5 skulls but this was freakin great…
This movie is a certified fart classic!
I can't exactly say it was a *good* movie, however at no part was I bored and it made me laugh a ton. Plus the effects and puppetry were leagues better than I was expecting. And the ending is actually really endearing and nice. I'm not exactly sure who this is for but if you're reading this you should give it a try.
Loved this, loved the cast, the style of everything is perfect. Freakos are my new favorite!
Frankie Freako is a wild and engaging ride from start to finish. It's clear that a ton of work went into this film with the impressive scope of its practical effects, and the movie is all the more charming because of it. The characters are fun, the dialogue is super weird but hilarious, and the plot is completely insane but also captivating. I also think this film is an incredibly effective period piece, as I would have never guessed this work of art came out in 2024. The amazing puppetry and camera work harkens back to a golden age of cinema, while still feeling inventive and fresh. Check this movie out if you're really trying to get your freak on.
