nah dawg, absolutely spectacular. the definition of camp. feels so 80s but makes sense because it was made in 1990. commentary on how sex workers bodies are used as currency or dehumanized?? yes sir.
Actually loved this movie! Probably one of my favorite ones out there just for the humor and interesting plot idea of the film.
There’s nothing anyone could say about this movie that says more than the title. Sleazy, cheesy, and just plain weird, Frankenhooker is pure camp. Pure stupid. Pure fun.
Now I've been waiting to watch this for a long time and what I saw was what I got, sleazy campy, cheesy, out there, lots of "puppies", as Jerry the King Lawler would call them, that would rival Linnea Q. and Elvira combined and most importantly probably the best designed sexy creature with Frankenhooker's design Ive ever seen, and of course she's rocking my favorite color PURPLE! I like how they even made her hair purple too! Thanks to Dead Meat James on YouTube for the recommendation! 👏💜🖤
