Organ trafficking, hair fetishism, wacky, over-played Japanese slapstick horror, heartbreaking social realism, child abuse, odd 4th wall monologues, a musical soundtrack fit for a Hallmark family film about puppies, and some very sketchy hair effects. Truly an odd and unique movie, with some big ambitions in many directions. Very entertaining. Chiaki Kuriyama is a horror icon.
This was one twisted shocking Japanese horror tale
Amazing!!! I love how wild J-horror can be. Serious, but also comical!
nothing exceptional, but a fun body horror. very goofy and unexpectedly wholesome.
J-Horror is always so interesting to watch. This movie is different. . . The "bad guy" or "monster" in this movie are hair extensions with a grudge curse. Both different and entertaining to watch, this one's a must-watch for every J-Horror fan!
