Straight from the golden era of D&D... good to be a young teen in the early 80's! LOL Love it.
I had somehow never heard of this film before seeing it on here. It definitely has its charm. The story is incredibly weak, but it goes with the overall cheesiness very well. Acting is about what you would expect. I would say there isn’t much, if any, horror elements to it. It is much more of a 80’s action film. Imagine The Dark Crystal or The Labyrinth but with way more boobs. I’m not sure how I was entertained by it, but I was.
This hits different if you played D&D back in the day. Can't believe we got Sticks to Snakes. If that doesn't describe you, I'd recommend game of thrones. Or porn.
This film is so cheesy. People who slate 80's movies probably think they are all like this.
