It was ok. 2 skulls
A good indie thriller with some creative ideas.
The whole movie was fire til the ending. Cliffhanger can work but here it just pissed us off. Still amazing though. It really scratched the home invasion itch I’ve been feeling since strangers. Would recommend. There are some wild takes lol.
That’s why u lock the door after they leave
It's unclear how all the reviewers watched the same movie and some praise it while others blaze it. I'm unfortunately one of the blazers, as from the outset, the film presents an unlikely and unlikable couple. From the introduction of the antagonists, the whole story unravels into a weird circus of "oh come on's," "why would you's," and "I don't think so's. " The ending was intended to be sort of a surprise, but really. . . who cared enough about ANY of the characters to care? I wanted the movie to just call CUT. Rarely will I ever skip ahead in a movie, but this dragged on too long and I can see most viewers just getting bored real quick. Two skulls for an interesting concept and visually it was well-done. However, if you like to be annoyed for 102 minutes, you got it. Cheers.
