there wasn’t much of a story to justify the brutality (“errrm that’s the point ☝️🤓”) but the vision they had was there in the storytelling cuts to break up the pacing of the movie. not the best, not the worst. this feels like it would have done numbers in 2007.
Will only be appreciated by a particular audience. Stunning and brutal, though I don't know how to feel about the editing and music. Excellent performances all around with a visceral gut-punch of an ending!
