Just a frame by frame cheap animation. Nothing more. Cannot work out the 4 and 5 skull ratings.
And Stephen King still managed to make another cameo! I enjoyed this adaptation , story , animation and all!
This should be billed/described as a "motion comic" regardless of whether the source was an actual comic book or not: the show uses the conventions of that web-form rather than actual animation. The stories are well conceived and the art is beautifully rendered, but more could have been done with this format to serve the narratives (e. g. The Batman Black and White motion comic, and the Batgirl Year One episodes that were strung together in a feature length program are excellent examples of what can be done)
Lots of animated fun for the whole family! (Munchies included. )
Survivor Type is one of my favorite Stephen King short stories. I think this was a decent adaption. Although I'd love to see it in live action some day. Twittering From The Circus Of The Dead was pretty good. I can totally see today's phone drones just tweeting through a zombie apocalypse.
